G. Everett Interior Design & Project Services, is a full service interior design company specializing in both residential and commercial design. Additionally, this individual will assist in developing plans and design based on the needs of our specific clients. Additional responsibilities include: • Participates in strategic business growth initiatives • Serve as the day-to-day project contact for assigned portfolio, bringing clients along through the G. Everett interior design process • Represent G. Everett onsite during construction and installation • Manage all projects within the project management software and provide accurate status updates, both internally and client facing (this will be done in collaboration with the Lead Designer and Project Manager) • Proactively look ahead and manage through potential issues with project scope and budget • Support G. Everett team in any additional tasks needed Work Experience and Skills • At least 2-3 years as a designer • Experience in working with a small agile team • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to dive into anything • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites (e.g., InDesign & Photoshop) • Strong with Google Suite (e.g., Docs, Gmail) • Demonstrated understanding of FF&E selection and specification • Ability to create space plans and room layouts • AutoCAD, Sketchup, or 3D rendering software knowledge • Photography experience huge plus • Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills with the ability to adapt to frequently changing priorities • Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills • Resourceful and have strong retention and recall abilities • Proven ability to meet project timelines Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
