The company does a mix of residential and commercial projects, and it is imperative the candidate is extremely proficient in CAD production of full sets and complete set of bid and permit ready construction drawings. The candidate will be the vital part of a full project from concept to presentations, selections of hard good materials and soft good furnishings, design and construction drawings, project bids and budgets, purchasing and expediting and exemplary project management through final punch list. · A minimum of 5 years of experience is needed for what the position requires. · Proficiency in developing a full set of design and construction drawings will be essential for success.
