Junior Interior Designer

We specialize in thoughtfully crafted interiors that reflect the personalities of our clients. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to work on high-end design projects across the United States, while closely coordinating with our Canadian team. Key Responsibilities • Manage and execute interior design projects from concept to installation • Meet with clients to assess needs, develop design briefs, and present creative solutions • Create floor plans, furniture layouts, mood boards, finish selections, and design presentations • Source furniture, lighting, materials, and decor in alignment with budget and aesthetic goals • Collaborate with our Canadian design team to share resources, align on design standards, and coordinate cross-border initiatives • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and trades to ensure timely, high-quality execution • Work closely with showroom clients who may evolve into full-service design clients • Support the styling and merchandising of showroom vignettes and seasonal displays • Oversee and coordinate deliveries, installations, and project timelines • Maintain organized project files, mood boards, and documentation • Stay current on interior design trends, materials, and furnishings Qualifications • Degree in Interior Design or a closely related field (required) • 2+ years of professional experience in residential or commercial interior design • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and aesthetic versatility • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Proficiency in design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and Adobe Creative Suite • Experience in sourcing furniture, materials, and finishes for high-end projects • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of initiative and creative problem-solving • Knowledge of US building codes and design standards • Comfortable with occasional site visits, installations, and vendor meetings in the local area • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation At Mister Style, design isn’t just what we do—it’s who we are.
