Junior Interior Designer - Hospitality Projects

**Overview:** Our award-winning luxury hospitality design firm is seeking a Junior Interior Designer to join their dynamic team of creatives redefining the guest experience in world-class hotels, resorts, and entertainment destinations. As a Junior Interior Designer, you'll collaborate with senior designers and project leaders to bring bold concepts to life-from initial vision through execution. **Responsibilities:** • Support design teams in developing concepts, presentations, drawings, and specifications • Contribute to the creative process, ensuring every detail reflects luxury, innovation, and storytelling • Assist with project coordination and documentation to keep complex hospitality projects on track • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members to achieve seamless design delivery • *Qualifications:** • Bachelor's or professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, or Project Management from an accredited institution (preferred) • 1-3 years of experience in design and/or project management, with proven contributions to hospitality or entertainment-related projects • Strong collaboration skills and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment • Proficiency with industry-standard design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and a keen eye for detail • Design sensitive, with finely tuned aesthetic sensibilities, and a broad design vocabulary in order to support high-profile clients, high-caliber design teams, and high-end design projects with exceptional attention to detail • Ability to communicate visually through excellent drawing ability, illustration, and descriptive writing • Industry knowledge and awareness of design processes and procedures supporting world-class leaders in design and innovation • *Benefits:** • Annual Salary + Bonus Structure + Full Benefits Package • Bonus plan eligibility • Benefits Package - medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, PTO (vacation & holidays), catered lunch, relocation assistance
