Ltd. is an interior architecture design firm established in 2002, focused on creating sensory-rich spaces across hospitality, retail, and residential sectors in Singapore and Southeast Asia, with offices in Surabaya, Jakarta, and Malaysia.Job SummaryWe seek a detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to support design development and project execution across hospitality, F&B, retail, commercial, and residential projects in a dynamic consultancy environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist senior designers and project leads in developing creative and functional interior design solutionsPrepare mood boards to visually communicate design concepts for client presentationsDevelop concept presentations that align with project goals and client requirementsConduct space planning to optimize layout efficiency and user experienceSelect materials and specify FF&E to meet aesthetic and functional standardsProduce technical drawings including layout plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings to ensure accurate construction documentationSupport coordination of 3D visualization and rendering to enhance design communicationParticipate in site visits, take measurements, and attend consultant meetings to ensure design intent is maintainedCoordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to facilitate project progress and material procurementAssist in preparing tender drawings and documentation to support project bidding and approvalsReview drawings to ensure compliance with design intent and project specificationsSupport project administration and maintain organized documentation for efficient project trackingPreferred competencies and qualificationsDiploma or Degree in Interior Architecture & Design1-3 years of relevant interior design experienceProficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, 3D Studio Max, Sketch Up, VRay, and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of additional graphic software is advantageousDemonstrated design sensibility with strong attention to detailEffective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teamsPositive attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently#J-18808-Ljbffr
