Job Description:

Supportsleaddesignerswithpresentationmaterials,FF&Eselections,specs,andproject documentation. Manages accuratepricingandlogistics(shipping/storage/handling). Interpretsandworkfromplans,elevations,andconstructiondetails. Researchesmaterialsandfinishessuitablefordesignthemesandbudgets. Maintainsthedesignlibrary,projectbinders,andpricingupdates. Interactprofessionallywithvendor andreps. Attends clientmeetings, takenotesandprovide follow-upsupport. Facilitatescommunicationwithexternalconsultantsunderdesignerguidance. Supportsinstallationsthroughdeliveries,placement,andpost-installcoordination. Assistswithgeneraladministrativeduties(calls,shipments,officetasks)andparticipateinweekly staffmeetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degreeinInteriorDesignorrelatedfield,orequivalentexperience 1-3 years of experience in interior design or related field. SkilledinAutoCAD,MicrosoftOffice(Excel,Word,Outlook,PowerPoint). Proficient in working on construction documents. Detail-oriented,creativeteamplayerwithexcellentlisteningskillsandintegrity.
