Key Responsibilities Support the design and documentation of commercial interiors projects from concept through construction administrationPrepare architectural drawings, space plans, and presentation materialsDevelop design details consistent with project standards, codes, and client requirementsAssist in coordinating consultants, engineers, and vendorsParticipate in client meetings and internal design reviewsContribute to material selection, finish schedules, and technical specificationsSupport construction administration activities including RFIs, submittals, and site visitsEnsure drawings and deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations 3–4 years of professional experience in commercial interiors or workplace designBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related fieldStrong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative SuiteAbility to read and interpret construction documents and specificationsSolid understanding of commercial building codes and interior construction standardsStrong design sensibility with attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment This is a studio-based role in San Francisco requiring close collaboration with senior designers, project managers, and consultants.
