Junior or Senior Interior Designer

Cabana Rehab Interiors is a Los Gatos, California based full service Interior Design firm that specializes in ground-up new construction, large-scale remodels and creating warm inviting spaces with furniture and styling. ​ We are looking for a creative and resilient self-starter who has the ability to persevere through tough projects and laugh off the small stuff. We are a highly collaborative studio and we work at a fast pace, juggling multiple projects of different sizes and scopes. We commit to offering our clients an excellent level of service and communication and we expect the same out of everyone who joins our team. Requirements: 3-5 years experience in Interior Design or Interior Architecture 2-4 year Degree in Interior Design or Architecture Portfolio of work to present AutoCAD Proficiency Sketch Up Proficiency Adobe Suite Proficiency Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides Proficiency Familiarity with Basecamp, Canva, Tailwind, Dubsado, HouzzPro/Ivy a major plus A keen eye and passion for design along with a positive and motivated attitude Responsibilities: Prepare all Client On-Boarding Materials Assist Lead Designers on all Phases of Design Development: Templating and drawing CAD plans / exterior renderings Creating SketchUp Elevations, Colored Renderings and 3D Models Sourcing and coordinating FF&E;, obtaining samples, and vendor correspondence Assist in materials selections with guidance of Lead Designer Create and maintain construction documentation Prepare and assist with installation in clients homes Collaborate with Lead Designer on Project Management: Assist in client communication and scheduling Attend client/vendor/builder meetings and take detailed notes Meet deliverables, deadlines and budgets on all projects Maintain and update spec books and mood boards for clients Taking on deep sense of partnership and ownership with your lead designer to know intimately the details of each project in your care Help Create Content for and Manage Social Media channels Website Updates, Blog Posts, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
