Junior Project Architect with Experience in Multifamily & Hospitality

FORMA Development Design Management is a real estate development company specializing in mixed-use multifamily, hospitality, and commercial projects. We are seeking a versatile and talented Junior Project Architect (Job Captain) to provide architecture, interior design and administrative services. This position offers exposure to all aspects of project design management, project administration and provides the chance to work closely with principal and other members of the team. -2/3 years of experience working in an architectural or development office -Degree in Design or Architecture -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, 3D modeling, Adobe Creative Suit -Knowledge of detailing, building code -Strong analytical, verbal, written communication skills -Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and report on findings -Ability to self manage, make decision in the absence of superiors, and work effectively on a variety of projects simultaneously -Proactive and resourceful with great problem solving skills -Excellent coordination, organization, project management, prioritization, and multi taking skills with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail and accuracy -Not required but a plus: LEED accreditation and pre-assemble/pre-fab construction experience Please note that due to the high volume of inquiries we receive, we are not able to respond to every applicant, however if you are invited for an interview, you will generally be contacted within 1-2 weeks of submitting your application.
