• Emphasis on creativity backed up by strong proven technical skills • Participate multiple projects and work on all aspects of Interior Design/Architecture and FF&E sourcing and specifications • Be involved with all aspects of the design process from concept through installation • Ability to assist in determining clients’ goals and project requirements. • Attend project meetings and coordinate with design team and clients. • Visit project sites for field measurements, construction progress and installation of materials and FF&E. • Work directly with clients to assist in development of programming including FF&E. • Degree in Architecture or Interior Design with interior architectural experience • Minimum of 1-3 years, and 3-5 years experience in a design firm • Dedication and passion for Interior Architecture and Design • Technical drawing ability from 3D Schematic Design through CAD Construction Documentation • Be proficient in CAD and SketchUp, hand drawing skills are also a plus • Experienced user of Photoshop & In-Design • Knowledge of spreadsheets using Excel to organize schedules and budgets • Ability to think critically, work independently, and communicate clearly • Must live in the Bay Area or already planning a move to the are
