Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage interior design projects from initial concept to final installation • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and lifestyle needs • Develop mood boards, material palettes, presentations, and construction drawings • Oversee space planning, furniture layouts and finishes • Sourcing products and materials needed for the project • Coordinate with architects, contractors and vendors • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget • Review and approve shop drawings, samples, and on-site mock-ups • Mentor junior design staff and provide constructive feedback • Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and technologies • Assisting with meetings (taking notes, measurements, etc.) Kathleen Reynolds Interiors is a full-service interior design firm with more than two decades of experience in interior design field.
