Job Type: Full-time Founded in 1994, Kitchen Encounters has grown into one of the region’s most customer-focused kitchen and bath design and remodeling showrooms. Responsibilities • Design custom kitchen, bath, and closet spaces using 2020 Design software • Work directly with customers in our showroom and on-site • Perform accurate job site measurements • Prepare detailed design proposals and sales presentations • Guide customers through the selection process • Manage projects from concept through installation • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and our in-house support team Qualifications • Proficiency in 2020 Design Software (required) • Experience designing kitchens, bathrooms, and custom closets • Strong sales background with proven results • Experience with job site measuring and planning • Highly professional, organized, and self-motivated • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits • Competitive salary plus commission • Opportunity to work in a well-established and respected showroom • Support staff to assist with client and project management • Collaborative and creative team environment • Exposure to a variety of design styles and customer types
