Qualifications • Proficiency in Kitchen & Bath Design, with the ability to develop creative and functional layouts • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs • Experience in Sales, with the ability to provide recommendations and solutions that align with client goals • Knowledge of Cabinetry and the ability to create accurate designs and specifications • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with design software (e.g., 2020design) are highly desirable • Previous experience in a cabinetry design/sales role is a plus
