Role Description The role involves designing and planning functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen and bath spaces tailored to clients' needs. Qualifications • Proficiency in Kitchen and Bath Design, with knowledge of design tools and software such as 2020, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Chief Architect or equivalent • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members • Experience in Sales, including consultation and project management • Knowledge of Cabinetry and materials selection, with an eye for detail and aesthetics • Ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams • *Prior sales and design experience required • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in design or comparable experience
