Kitchen and Bath Designer Project Manager

This individual will provide expert design guidance, manage product selection, maintain client relationships, and ensure projects are executed to the highest standards. • Design Consultation- Assist customers in selecting products that match their style, needs, and budget—coordinating cabinetry, and surfaces for a cohesive design. • Client Communication - Act as the main client liaison throughout the project to ensure smooth execution, managing expectations, solving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Experience • Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience in cabinetry, countertops, or interior design • Strong knowledge of LVP, hardwood, tile, carpet, kitchen cabinets, vanities, and countertops • CRM experience (RFMS) • RFMS, 20/20 experience highly preferred • Exceptional design consultation, organizational, and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail • Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills • A passion for interior design, quality craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction • Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused mindset Ability to Relocate: • Indianapolis, IN 46256: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
