Kitchen and Bath Designer

We are a growing kitchen and bath cabinetry company seeking a Kitchen & Bath Designer for our Knoxville showroom. This role is responsible for both design and closing sales for all showroom customers and incoming leads. Meet with showroom customers (limited walk-ins + scheduled appointments) Design kitchen and bath layouts using design software Create accurate quotes and proposals Close sales from showroom traffic and incoming leads Follow up on all active quotes and opportunities Work incoming leads from our business development team Maintain organized pipeline of active opportunities Ensure timely response to all customer inquiries and leads Experience in kitchen/bath design, cabinetry, or interior design preferred Strong ability to close sales (not just present designs) Comfortable working in a low-traffic showroom environment Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline Ability to manage multiple active customer opportunities Basic computer skills (design software experience a plus) Success is measured by completed sales and customer conversion, not just design output.
