Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kitchen & Bath Designer. The Designer will be responsible for designing and presenting customized Kitchen & Bath designs tailored to the client’s needs and preferences. Daily tasks include meeting with new clients, taking site measurements, and preparing detailed cabinetry design plans from Dura Supreme cabinets, Columbia cabinets, and Bellmont cabinets. Collaborating with the design team and ensuring projects align with timelines and budgets. A key aspect of the role involves building strong client relationships to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Kitchen & Bath Design, cabinetry layout, planning, and space optimizationExceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively liaise with clientsExperience in Sales, including the ability to present proposals and close dealsIn-depth knowledge of Cabinetry material and finishes, and industry trends20/20 cabinetry design software, AutoCAD, SketchUp5 plus years of Experience designing and ordering cabinetry from various cabinetry lines.Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independentlyBachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field, or comparable work experienceCKD Certified, CKBD would be preferredSales experienceMust be able to multitask, working on multiple jobsPermit knowledge
