Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Kitchen and Bath Designer role based in Olive Branch, MS. The designer will meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets, then create functional and visually appealing kitchen and bath layouts using design software and product catalogs. Day-to-day tasks include developing design proposals, selecting cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and finishes, preparing detailed drawings and quotes, and revising designs based on client feedback. The role involves guiding clients through product options, coordinating with sales and installation teams, and ensuring designs are accurate, feasible, and aligned with company standards. The designer will also maintain showroom presentations, support walk-in customers, and provide proactive follow-up to move projects from concept to completion.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Kitchen & Bath Design skills, including space planning, layout creation, and familiarity with design software and industry standards.Candidates should possess Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively consult with clients, manage expectations, and collaborate with internal teams.Candidates should possess Sales skills, including the ability to present design solutions, explain product options, and support closing projects in a consultative manner.Candidates should possess Cabinetry knowledge, including construction types, door styles, finishes, and installation considerations.Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in residential design or remodeling, basic knowledge of building codes and measurements, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.Experience in a showroom or design center environment and proficiency with 2020 design software required.A relevant certificate or degree in interior design, kitchen and bath design, or a related field is advantageous but not strictly required if supported by strong practical experience.
