Company Description Foxtail Builders LLC is a growing construction and remodeling company specializing in high-quality residential projects with a focus on custom kitchens and baths. Role Description The Kitchen and Bath Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Blakeslee, PA. This role is responsible for meeting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets, and translating those requirements into functional and visually appealing kitchen and bath designs. Day-to-day tasks include developing floor plans and 3D renderings, selecting materials and fixtures, preparing detailed specifications, and coordinating with project managers and installers to ensure designs are executed accurately. Demonstrated experience in kitchen and bath design, including space planning and creating detailed drawings or 3D renderings.Knowledge of materials, finishes, cabinetry, fixtures, and current residential design trends relevant to kitchens and baths.Proficiency with design or CAD software (e.g., 2020 Design, Chief Architect, AutoCAD, or similar tools).Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to listen, communicate clearly, and guide clients through design and product selection decisions.Solid project coordination abilities, with attention to detail in specifications, measurements, and documentation.Understanding of basic construction practices and building codes related to residential remodels.Ability to work on-site in Blakeslee, PA, collaborate with field teams, and adapt to changing project needs.High level of organization, reliability, and time management to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Prior experience with residential remodeling or a similar construction environment; experience with custom cabinetry is a plus.Relevant education or training in interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred but not required if experience is strong.
