Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Kitchen and Bath Designer at Mother Hubbard's Custom Cabinetry. The designer will be responsible for meeting and qualifying clients, creating custom kitchen and bath designs, creating sales proposal for projects designed, providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients, and driving sales. Qualifications • Kitchen & Bath Design and Cabinetry skills • Customer Service and Communication skills • Sales expertise • Proficiency in design software like Chief Architect • Knowledge of construction and remodeling processes • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Experience in interior design or architecture is a plus • NKBA Certification a plus
