Since 2002, our concierge level service enables us to build meaningful and productive relationships with our clients resulting in thoughtful design. Responsibilities • Consult with clients • Determine needs, preferences and other requirements • Develop detailed plans and models • Direct work site crews and subcontractors • Estimate costs and materials required • Prepare plans and specifications for the final designs • Support design team on project execution Education • College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, interior design (preferred) Qualifications • Portfolio of past work Skills • Aware of what is visually pleasing • Creates imaginative designs • Creative thinker • Excellent communication skills • Good listening skills • Good management skills • Good negotiation skills • Great attention to detail • Shows empathy under all circumstances • Works well in a team Compensation: $45-$55k Benefits after 3 months include: • 2 weeks Paid vacation • Simple IRA with the company-matching contribution Position Type Part time to full time To apply for this job, Follow this link https://app.smoothhiring.com/apply/BAL0034-5DD4?ps=clp
