Kitchen and Bath Designer Duties and Responsibilities Meet with clients to discuss their kitchen design goalsAssisting the homeowner in all product selections after completing the initial designDraw up plans and mock-ups to show clientsDraft detailed plan for the construction team to followContact vendors and subs to obtain specific materials and scope of workKitchen and bath Designer Requirements and Qualifications Experience as a design intern, design assistant, or interior designerFamiliarity with the details and nuances of building a kitchen and bathThe ability to read plansA portfolio of past workProficiency with design softwareCreating short and long term sales goals (monthly and yearly)Qualifying all incoming leads
