We are looking for someone with a business-development mindset, who is willing to make an immediate contribution to our expansion. It is important that you are accurate and have a capacity for detail. Requirements: \\- Must have at least 3 years of experience in construction sales and design (Must) \\- Be able to design and estimate kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects \\- Be familiar with construction codes \\- Be organized, neat and detail oriented \\- Excellent verbal and written communications skills \\- Interior Design, Construction Management, Business or Marketing degrees also a big plus Responsibilities: \\- Design, present and sell company products and remodeling services to new and existing customers \\- Prospect and contact potential customers \\- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline \\- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints \\- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments \\- Create sales material to present to customers You will spend most of your time in the showroom, and must have your own vehicle to provide in-home estimates.
