Summary of Responsibilities
The Sales Design team is most often the first impression a customer will experience. As a Sales Design team member, you will partner with customers, engage with them to understand their wants and needs, design the customer’s envisioned space sharing innovative solutions to solve the problem the customer is facing. This role is unique in that you have the pleasure of working with the customer through the design and the project management portion of a customer’s project.

Essential Functions
*Greet prospects on sales floor or in their home to determine need, budget and decision making
*Develop new opportunities by building relationships with home builders, remodeling contractors, interior designers and homeowners alike.
*Follow & adopt our internal sales process
*Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by generating consistent leads
*Kitchen/bath design
*Other functions as needed

Education, Experience, and Skills Required
*3 years’ experience in Kitchen and Bath design/sales in a commissioned sales environment preferred
*20/20 design program a must
*Strong accounting background
