This is your opportunity to join a fast-paced, high energy interior finishes business. ProSource Wholesale, a closed private wholesale flooring, plumbing, kitchen and bath showroom catering to the trade industry and their clients. As a Kitchen and Bath Designer in the booming Orlando market, you will be working directly with contractors, builders, interior designers and clients of theirs. This will be an excellent fit for you if you have experience taking projects from the first sales consultation to close, including preparing drawings and budgets, selecting and ordering materials, and consulting with customers to achieve a successful conclusion.

To thrive in this role, you must be motivated, goal driven, self-aware of time effectiveness, have at least 3 years of kitchen design and sales experience and 1 or more years of experience creating designs with 20/20 software. Submission of a design portfolio demonstrating your design and 20/20 skills is required. A Degree in Interior Design is preferred, but not necessary for this role. Industry certification is a plus. This position also requires proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and experience using electronic mail. Excellent spelling, grammar, written, verbal, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate professionally with staff and customers in a courteous, tactful, and concise manner is essential.

What you will be doing:

Consulting, designing, and converting kitchen and bath sales by specifying and selling multiple K&B products/lines including plumbing fixtures.Manage K&B projects by maintaining accurate records as well as respectable communication with sales team, trade professionals and consumers.Accountable for coordinating with installation contractors on final design specifications and product delivery timelines.Develop and manage a reliable and reputable K&B installer list.Current and up-to-date proficiency in 20/20 design software will be a must to obtain a forward motion jumpstart in this role.

Qualifications

Compensation: Competitive Salary + Commission
