Position Overview Key Responsibilities • Meet with clients to understand project goals, style preferences, and functional needs • Create 3D renderings and floor plans for kitchens and baths using design software • Select finishes, colors, fixtures, cabinetry, and materials that align with client vision • Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, and vendors to ensure smooth execution • Maintain design boards, sample libraries, and organized project files • Present design concepts to clients with clarity and enthusiasm • Strong sense of color, texture, and material combinations • Excellent communication and client presentation skills • Ability to balance creativity with practical construction knowledge • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player
