Represent Cabinet Depot with a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer care throughout every interaction.Build strong customer relationships by listening well, communicating clearly, and creating a smooth, personalized experience from first contact to final follow-through.Lead customers through cabinet sales and design consultations by discussing how they use their current space, what they want to improve, and what matters most to them.Identify each customer’s needs related to function, budget, timeline, style, storage, durability, and overall project goals.Provide design guidance through space planning, selections, measurements, floor plans, and visual tools that help customers understand and get excited about their project.Guide customers confidently through the sales process by asking thoughtful questions, recommending solutions with purpose, and helping them feel informed and comfortable moving forward.Prepare and present quotes promptly, setting clear expectations for follow-up and quote delivery so customers always know what to expect.
