New Role | KB Home KB Home is growing and hiring an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Consultant to join our high-end showroom. You are the point person, trusted advisor, and closer. What You’ll Do • Lead client consultations and sell kitchen and bath design solutions • Create compelling design concepts that align with client goals and budgets • Present cabinetry, materials, finishes, and layouts with confidence • Guide clients through decisions and close design-driven projects • Manage multiple active projects while maintaining strong follow-through • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and CAD support What You Bring • 3–5+ years in kitchen & bath design or interior design with sales responsibility • Proven ability to close design projects • Strong design portfolio • Experience with CAD or other drafting software and/or working effectively with CAD support • Excellent communication, confidence with clients, and strong follow-up skills
