Designers first meet with homeowners in their homes or at our showroom, and discuss their needs, ideas and dreams for their project. We have an entire team of individuals who know every aspect of the construction industry, and together as a team, we can accomplish any project that we take on. Lastly, our staff will fully support you handling all permitting, financing, construction drawings, and construction administration allowing you to focus all your time on schematic design and business development, working on all types of projects and styles. Requirements for the position are: 5 years kitchen and bath design and construction experience, 10 years interior design skills Proven skills and successes related to design, construction, leadership and sales Excellent communication, organizational skills College degree preferred Face to face experience in negotiating and problem solving with clients Ability to establish early rapport and trust with new prospects Experience in any drawing software and hand sketching is a MUST Outgoing and motivating personality Earnings and Requirements: Industry leading base salary of $75,000.00 plus an aggressive commission program. We are also offering a $6,000.00 signing BONUS for those industry professionals currently employed in the space.
