Kitchen & Bathroom In Home Sales Consultant Wanted

Essential Functions: The Sales Consultant will be meeting with clients to discuss their individual needs and desires for their space and negotiating whether our service is the right fit for their project. Duties and responsibilities include: Qualifying incoming leads Meeting with prospective clients who are looking to remodel a kitchen or bathroom Assisting clients in getting all their remodel needs meet Clear communication with clients and Castile team Close working relationship with design and production team Ability to build, write, deliver, and close contracts Must be able to meet sales goals and produce profitable jobs within the acceptable margins Requirements High school diploma or equivalent A minimum of 5 years carpentry, sales experience, interior design experience Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills High attention to detail Ability to problem solve Ability to work 10-hour days up to 5 days a week Ability to work effectively in a team environment Must conduct ones self with integrity and honesty Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Benefits Competitive Wages Health and Retirement offered **You must include a resume to be considered for this position**
