This is a permanent, full-time position for an experienced residential and commercial Kitchen / Bathroom / Interior Remodel & Renovation Design Project Manager Responsibilities Meeting with clients in order to understand the client's objectives and desiresAssist their clients with all facets of their projects including cabinets, countertops, paint, appliance, floor coverings, backsplashes kitchen, bathroom, and interior design layout and all necessary products required selection process. Essentially overseeing their projects, managing any change orders created to ensure workflow is followed from the first point of contact to completionOn site estimatingCreate, prepare, and provide accurate 3D, 2D designs, rendering, and layouts for clients using 2020, CAD, or equivalent design softwareCreate and present proposals to their clientsEffectively contracting proposals presented to their clientsClear and precise communication with clients, vendors, and team in order to achieve results desiredMaintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevantLocal area marketing and networking Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields.Proficient in 2020, CAD, Excel, and Microsoft Office software.
