Kitchen Design Assistant

📍 Ephrata, PA | 🕓 Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (flexible schedule) As a Kitchen Design Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping our design team deliver exceptional results. You’ll assist with cabinetry drawings, digital renderings, mood boards, material selections, project coordination, pricing, ordering, and showroom organization. This position blends administrative support with hands-on design exposure — offering a strong foundation to grow into an independent designer within our company. Key Responsibilities • Support lead designers during client meetings, consultations, and material selections • Create and organize digital design boards and presentations • Manage project details — pricing quotes, estimates, and order confirmations • Coordinate material pickups, deliveries, and supplier communication • Contribute to showroom updates and visual merchandising
