Update literature and keep showroom presentable. Design and print plans, elevations, and beautiful perspective drawings to be presented to the client. • Keep track of and carry out amendments to existing drawings for subsequent presentations for clients • Communicate with the designers on drawings that are to be produced and the date they are needed, prioritizing your workload. • Prepare drawings for production of cabinetry • Assist Designer with Site Measurements • Assist Project Manager with Shop drawings for builders with information about electrical, water and gas connections etc • File paperwork in correct client files and write down delivery dates and addresses of everything for installations i.e. memos, order placement, handles, special orders. • Assist in any other showroom tasks and activities that may be required in the interest of the business, i.e. produce customer information packs, installation manuals, dealing with customer service, update supplier database, etc 2\.
