Landscape Design Office – Project Coordinator / Design Assistant - Part to Full Time Noted Garden Design firm located on the Westside has an opening for an experienced Project Coordinator / Design Assistant to join our team. Job duties to include, but not limited to the following: \\- Assisting in project coordination duties for all projects \\- Acting as support to lead designer both in the field and in office \\- Timely correspondence with clients, consultants, architects and other members of the project \\- Creating presentation drawings for meetings \\- File and project organization \\- Site visits as necessary \\- AutoCAD drafting of hand drawn sketches and notes from lead designer Candidate should have experience creating construction document sets. 3 years of experience in a landscape, architectural or interior design office preferred.
