Landscape Designer, Residential

We are hiring a Landscape Designer to support residential outdoor projects while developing client-facing design and sales capabilities. It is not a back-office drafting role-this is a growth opportunity for someone who wants to evolve into a client-facing, revenue-generating designer over time. Responsibilities Support the development of residential landscape concepts and project layouts Assist in creating 2D plans and 3D models for client presentations Participate in client meetings and presentations alongside senior designers Revise and update designs based on client feedback and project requirements Help manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Collaborate with installation teams to ensure designs align with field execution Learn the design-build sales process, including how projects are presented and sold Contribute to increasing design output and project backlog Maintain organized project files, drawings, and documentationRequirements Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health insurance Retirement plan options Paid time off Additional company-sponsored benefits
