Lead Carpenter

We are looking for a Lead Carpenter, who will work with our onsite managers as well as property managers to execute the project to the specifications of Biggs Asset Property Managements (BAPM) design team. Applicant should have a strong background in residential remodeling (multifamily remodeling background is a plus,) familiar with common problems, materials, and building code specific to our region. The Lead Carpenter will have a strong grasp of the work-flow of a renovation project, the ability to identify and call out potential issues with site conditions, plans or logistics. On the job site, the Lead Carpenter will be principally responsible for communication and reporting to managers, coordinating various trades and may oversee a small crew of junior carpenters or assistants. BAPM would prefer for applicant to be well versed in every stage of a renovation project, but it is not required.
