Key responsibilities include:Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.Set project design schedules and coordinate milestones.Lead BIM coordination and internal clash detection.Manage Navisworks, CAD, and Revit project setup.Produce fabrication views and MAJ files for sheet metal shop.Coordinate with project managers, support designers, and third-party resources.Track design progress and communicate schedule impacts.Generate model‑based reports including BOMs and labor reports.Review support designer work before release.Support project coordination meetings and RFI processes.Some knowledge of mechanical/plumbing systems.Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and CAD platforms.Ideal candidates: Will have strong BIM coordination experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
