Lead Designer

Primary Skills -Highly motivated and dynamic personality -Experience with furniture layout & placement -Experience with home decor accessorizing -Confident in selecting and creating cutting edge designs for installations -Highly organized and strong attention to detail -Comfortable working with a team in a fast paced and changing environment -Home staging and interior design experience required -Visual merchandising and/or retail management experience a plus Job Description -Lead Designer is responsible for designing and installing home staging installations including furniture selection, accessories and decor for all spaces, furniture placement and management of assistant designers on site. -Lead Designer is responsible for sourcing new inventory as needed to provide up to date, cutting edge designs. -Lead Designer is responsible for managing/organizing all home staging removals and organization of inventory returned to the warehouse.
