THIS IS AN IN-PERSON ROLE BASED IN LOS ANGELES, CA The role entails managing multiple projects through all phases, from schematic design to installation, while providing direct support to the Senior Designer and Principal. The position involves creating design presentations, overseeing procurement, maintaining client relationships by providing project updates, managing budgets, reviewing shop drawings, coordinating deliveries with junior team members, and preparing specifications and schedules for furniture and finishes. QUALIFICATIONS: - 2-5 years experience in high-end residential design experience in a similar role - Refined Client/Project Management skills and tactics - Experience in all phases of project work including preparation of conceptual, schematic, design development and construction documents/supporting materials - Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite and Canva. - Must be familiar with both MAC & Windows operating systems. - Strong understanding of Houzz Pro - Understand custom furniture design, lighting specifications and window treatments - Deep understanding of finish materials and knowledge of their required applications as well as installation requirements.
