We are looking for a Full Time Lead Designer to lead luxury residential projects in San Diego, Orange County and LA. If you are a Type-A personality who thrives off checklists (my love language) but also have that creative vision and know how to project management large scale renovations and new builds - I want to meet you! The Role: We need someone who can take a project from concept to install without hand-holding. You need to have that “get-er-done” mode but still deliver a client experience that feels like a warm hug. We take our work seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
