Responsibilities of Lead Designer: • Demonstrated skill in establishing and nurturing enduring connections with both residential and commercial clients within the field • Welcome shoppers in a supportive manner and assist with browsing store layout requirements • Arrange design consultations for current and prospective clients, while expanding customer base through networking, referrals, and in-store generated leads • Offering guidance on tiles, wood, stone, and accompanying elements for residential and commercial projects, catering to homeowners, interior designers, and builders alike. • Create and offer comprehensive, practical, and visually attractive products • Effectively handle numerous customer projects simultaneously by navigating all stages with precision, timeliness, and thorough follow-up, maintaining regular and clear communication with clients and other stakeholders.
