As a Lead Designer at BHI, you will actively participate in continuing education classes, markets, and vendor presentations, enhancing your skill set annually. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Demonstrate solid knowledge of the design industry • 2-4 year degree in Interior Design • 4+ years experience as a designer or assistant designer in residential design.
