Nicholas Design Build is the premiere design/build firm in the greater Indianapolis area. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Designer located in Fishers, IN. The Lead Designer will be responsible for overseeing the design process, from initial concept to completion. • Strong project management skills, including managing timelines and budgets • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills • Knowledge of construction processes and the ability to coordinate with construction teams • Leadership skills to mentor and guide junior designers • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field • Hands-on experience in remodeling and renovation projects is a plus
