Assist the engineering manager in providing leadership for the engineering group, supporting ongoing and future company programs, and providing planning, organization, coaching, mentoring, and training for assigned engineers. Provides status and reports as required to Project Engineers and Engineering Manager. Skills Ability to lead a team of engineers to produce monument design to meet multiple schedules and budgets. Knowledge of aerospace standards and specifications for aircraft structures, interiors, materials, mechanical, and payload systems. Strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience working with regulators.
