Lead Interior Design Professional

If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for interior design, we encourage you to apply. • Key Responsibilities: • Meet with customers to understand their project needs • Create a creative design concept that incorporates the customer's personal style and lifestyle • Provide tile, wood, stone, and accessories advice to homeowners, interior designers, and builders • Design and sell complete, functional, and aesthetically appealing solutions • Manage multiple customer projects through all phases with high accuracy and timeliness • Requirements: • Design education (BA or AA in Interior Design) • 6 years interior design experience in lieu of design education • Prior retail/sales experience preferred • Knowledge of hard surface flooring is a plus • Proficient in basic mathematical skills • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills • Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite • Working Conditions: • Limited travel may be required by car • Exposure to warehouse environment and moving vehicles
