Lead Interior Designer

Rooted in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains – we focus on rural architecture that connects people to the landscape and to each other. Beyond design, this position plays a key role in refining our process, elevating client experience, and helping expand our interior design offerings. ·        Serve as the lead for interior design within the studio, guiding the vision and approach across residential and hospitality projects. ·        Manage and organize the studio's materials library in collaboration with the design team. ·        The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000.
