This includes all phases of design: programming, FF&E, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration. You will be responsible for projects from the initial client meeting through installation and will work directly with the Design Director to ensure the project is completed on time and on budget to the highest standards. • Participate in design strategy sessions and lead the design team with research, concept, and presentation development. • In depth knowledge of Interior Architecture and custom home construction includes • trim and cabinet detailing. • Proven ability to project manage an interior design project and lead a team.
