This role work in collaboration with the Principal Designer and the entire Design Team, carrying projects from high-level concept through design development and construction documentation, as required. About You · Highly proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp (Mac platform) • Excellent computer + software skills, including high proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (Mac platform),Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and familiarity with IVY (preferred) • Self-directed, highly motivated, and reliable • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to excel at details, successfully transitioning from one task to the next, and working in a fast-paced studio environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent people interaction skills • Construction Documentation experience • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships • Demonstrated efficient time management practices, including proficiency in a shared Project Management software platform (Monday.com) • Excellent and thorough attention to detail • NCIDQ certified, preferred (or on track for certification) • Located in the Austin area (studio located in South Austin) • Available for full-time employment (40 hours per week) • Valid driver’s license, car insurance and a reliable personal vehicle • Competitive Pay ($70,000 – $80,000 base salary, commensurate with experience) • Performance Bonus potential (twice a year) • Procurement Profit-Sharing potential (twice a year) • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits (eligible as of 1st full month) • Paid Holidays • Paid Personal Time Off • The opportunity to come in on the ground floor of an established and growing business, be an essential part of a small team, and make a huge impact on the success of the business and the impact we make, one space at a time!
