Lead Interior Designer

Lead high-end residential projects from concept to completionDevelop detailed design plans, construction documentation, and client presentationsStrong understanding of FF&E selection and space planning in alignment with project vision and budgetManage project timelines, budgets, and day-to-day coordination across multiple active projectsWork closely with Principal Designer to develop and execute designs Work closely with Project Coordinator to communicate with clients, contractors, vendors, and trades to keep projects on trackWork closely with Procurement Manager to ensure all pricing and purchasing details are accurate Oversee installations and ensure every design detail is executed with precision and careContribute to studio processes and growth as a key member of a close-knit, expanding team Must be local to the Greater Seattle area Ability to travel to job sites and client meetings throughout Washington StateMust have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)Must have own computer (Apple products preferred) Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field preferred 3+ years of professional experience in residential and/or commercial interior design required Advanced proficiency in SketchUp and SketchUp Layout is required.
