The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a passion for creating stunning and functional spaces, and a strong understanding of design principles.Key Responsibilities:Client Collaboration:Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and budget.Develop strong client relationships and maintain open communication throughout the design process.Design Concept Development:Create innovative and functional space plans.Develop design concepts, including color palettes, material selections, and furniture layouts.Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications.Project Management:Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and artisans to ensure timely project completion.Oversee construction and installation processes.Procurement and Sourcing:Source high-quality furniture, lighting, and other design elements.Negotiate with vendors to achieve the best pricing and delivery terms.Presentation and Communication:Present design concepts to clients using clear and compelling visuals.Address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.4+ years of experience in interior design.Proficiency in design software (SketchUp, Keynote, AutoCAD, Lumion, Autodesk Revit, Cedreo, Fiverr).Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and industry trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects that align with Mullen Design Co.'s aesthetic.Experience with Houzz Pro (preferred) or similar project management software.Job Type: Full-timePay
